Parent & Child Sensory Sessions

Organised by Buzzy Bees Play Centre

Sensory Sessions follow a structured flow designed to engage children through music, play, and exploration. The sessions begin with Circle Time, where facilitators lead the group in singing and playing instruments centered around a different theme each week.

Following the musical introduction, children move into Discovery Playtime within a miniature "play pretend town." This interactive space features several themed areas, including a doctor’s office, a supermarket, a playhouse, a garage, and a playground.

The program is inclusive of all developmental stages:

• For Non-Walkers: Specific activities are provided to help enhance both gross and fine motor skills.

• Sensory & Messy Play: Children can explore a dedicated sensory table. During the summer months, this often transitions into outdoor water play in the yard.

• Skill Development: An activity table is also available, featuring curated tasks designed to refine fine motor coordination.

Each session concludes with a group storytelling segment and a final goodbye song.
