The club is structured around nurseries for youth development and senior teams for national competition. While specific age cut-offs can vary by season and sport (Handball, Volleyball, Basketball, and Floorball), the general age groups include:

Kids / Beginners: Typically starting from ages 5 to 8 years. These sessions focus on basic coordination and introduction to the sport.
U12 & U14 (Under 12 / Under 14): Targeted at primary and early secondary school students.
U16 & U18 (Under 16 / Under 18): Competitive youth categories that prepare players for the transition to senior levels.
Seniors (Ages 16/18+): The club has a strong presence in the top-tier National Leagues for both men and women. There is no upper age limit for the senior teams, provided the athlete meets the competitive standard.
