RIDM Dance Academy is a dynamic and creative dance school based in Qormi, dedicated to nurturing artistic expression, physical fitness, and passion for movement in students of all ages and abilities. Founded in 2014 by Artistic Director and Choreographer Roxanne Cutajar Gauci, RIDM has grown from just two weekly classes with 20 students into a thriving academy offering over 30 classes per week across multiple dance and movement disciplines.
The academy provides a supportive and inspiring environment with expert instructors who focus on dedication, creativity, safety, and student well-being. Classes are designed for beginners through to more advanced dancers and include a wide range of styles such as classical ballet, contemporary, hip hop, gymnastics, aerial arts (Lyra/Hammocks), jazz/modern theatre dance, and dance fundamentals for the youngest learners.
In addition to regular group classes, private lessons are available — including one-on-one dance coaching and specialised training such as aerial spiral and preparation for O-Level PE dance options.
RIDM Dance Academy fosters a vibrant community of dancers and encourages students to unlock their full potential through movement, performance, discipline, and artistic expression. The fullyrefurbished, air-conditioned studio is centrally located on Valletta Road in Qormi, making it easily accessible.
