A 1 km² peninsula dedicated to education and research, with a focus on biodiversity and sustainable solutions. It offers a peaceful environment with stunning sea views and opportunities for quiet walks. Note that there are no amenities like restrooms, and the trail might be challenging for young children and toddlers.
The park includes a Wildlife Rehab Centre which helps in the rehabilitation of injured species including turtles, hedgehogs, snacks, birds and more. Anyone wanting to visit the Wildlife Rehab Centre, tours take place daily, Monday to Sunday from 10:30 – 11:30am. The tours are conducted free of charge but prebooking one week in advance by sending an email to rehab@naturetrustmalta.org is a must.
